How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the secure payment methods displayed at checkout. Available options may vary depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made specifically for you, production may begin shortly after your order is confirmed.
If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at support@mg-clothing.com. Once production has started, voluntary modifications may no longer be possible. Your statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! M&G Clothing offers FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING to all destinations supported by our delivery partners.
No minimum purchase is required.
How long does delivery take?
Most products require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on your country, product, and fulfillment location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges may be the customer’s responsibility when not collected at checkout, as disclosed during the purchasing process.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
Are M&G Clothing products made to order?
Yes. Every M&G Clothing product is currently produced on demand.
This allows us to focus on original designs while avoiding unnecessary inventory and overproduction.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing an order.
For the best fit, compare the measurements with clothing you already own.
Will my product look exactly like the pictures?
We work to ensure our product images accurately represent the finished items.
Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and normal production variations.
Your legal rights remain unaffected if an item does not match its description or otherwise fails to conform to your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, contact support@mg-clothing.com with your order number and clear photographs.
Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery so we can assist promptly. This request does not limit your statutory legal guarantee or other consumer rights.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Because every item is made to order, we can’t swap sizes directly. You can return the item within 14 days (see above) and place a new order in the right size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or our support for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.
Do you accept returns from outside Europe?
We do not offer voluntary physical returns or size exchanges for orders delivered outside Europe.
If an eligible refund or replacement is approved, you may generally keep the original item without shipping it back.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email support@mg-clothing.com with your order number, and we’ll send you the return address. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you, and we refund the price within 14 days.
Please send items back unworn and unwashed.
